All of our toy products meet USA, Canada, Europe, Australian and New Zealand toy safety standards. Our toys are certified and have a Child Product Certificate stating we are fully compliant with all applicable sections of the toy safety standard.
Our toys are made in the United States (Minnesota to be specific) and ship directly from our factory.
Not only are we creating American jobs, but we are also contributing to the protection of the environment and reduction of climate change by eliminating overseas transit of our products, which is one of the largest sources of emissions of greenhouse gasses.
Our choices in materials and packaging are deliberate. This choice gives way to an opportunity to teach our children not just about inclusivity but also sustainability – two increasingly important lessons in our ever-fragile world.
Our products are made from hard maple, we use non-toxic finishes, and our packaging is made out of recycled materials.
The customized figurine(s) cannot be returned. They are personalized items that are made to order.

Yes, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kithandkincompany.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
