Refund policy

Returns

At Kith + Kin, we want you to love what you purchased from our site and if you don’t, you can return your purchase, and we will refund your order less the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting our support team first. To set up a return, please contact us at support@kithandkincompany.com and put "Product Return" in the subject line.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. We offer the option for a pre-paid label and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customizable figurines
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items 30 days past the delivery date
  • Gift cards
  • Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping)
